A big part of what we do are Expo's. Each year our clients need to have something better and bigger than the last and it is our job to create something that stands out from the crowd using innovative branding and ideas that leave their clients with a memory to return again and again.
Much like the Met Gala this year, we are coveting the use of raw materials to create something spectacular. Mirrors, steel, glass - you name it we love it!
We have sourced some inspiration from Pinterest along with some thoughts that we take into consideration when designing an exhibition space.
If you have a small space for your expo the use of mirror or glass as a branding wall allows you to still get your message across without closing the area up. Use white lighting to accent the mirror or glass and reflect through your area.

Sometimes the best way to add colour to a space is by using greenery. Adding natural accents gives your space a welcoming feel while also dressing up a part of the floor. Remember that floral arrangements can be expensive so a simple succulent in a chrome or bronze pot on your counter top can give you the desired effect you need

.

Branding is a huge part of exhibitions and sometimes the pressure to keep up with trends can be expensive. Have a few elements printed on something permanent such as fabric that can be hung from a truss or mounted to a frame that you can use more than once. This keeps your branding consistent while also allowing you to add new elements for each event.
If you are in a space that has a concrete floor consider using this as your flooring option and take it as an opportunity to brand the floor. Make use of all of the space that you have.

Sometimes less is more! Don't feel the need to cram your space with lots of furniture and areas for people to lounge in. Exhibitions are for people to gain more information and purchase your product or service. If you aren't Nespresso, chances are you don't require a coffee machine.

Use an LED screen that is wide and high to send your message.

Exhibitions can be overwhelming with a number of exhibitors in one space. To gain attention from afar, consider using the ceiling as a place to hang signage from. Observe the angles your customers will be coming from and hang accordingly.
